PHP Variable Handling Functions là các hàm thư viện tích hợp sẵn của PHP cho phép chúng ta thao tác và kiểm tra các biến PHP theo nhiều cách khác nhau.
Không cần cài đặt để sử dụng các hàm xử lý biến PHP; chúng là một phần của lõi PHP và đi kèm với cài đặt PHP tiêu chuẩn.
Mở rộng này không có chỉ thị cấu hình nào được định nghĩa trong php.ini.
